Fruity Lentil Dal

Fruity Red Dal Recipe

  • red onions (2-3)
  • garlic (3)
  • ginger (20g)
  • carrots (3-4)
  • 300g red lentils
  • 400ml coconut milk (1 can)
  • 400g diced tomatoes (1 can)
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 2-3 apples (sour ones)
  • coconut oil
  • cumin
  • curry powdwer
  • lime juice
  • salt, pepper

  1. Dice onions, garlic, ginger and carrots. Slice appels into fine stripes. Wash lentils under water
  2. Heat coconut oil. Onions into pan, medium heat, add garlic, ginger, carrots, cumin and curry powder. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add slices of apples. After 2-3 minutes add lentils and pour 400ml water into the pot. Add coconut milk and tomatoes. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Wash and add baby spinach. Rest for 5 minutes. Add lime juice, salt, pepper as needed.

  • 150ml oat milk
  • 15g yeast
  • 2 tea spoon sugar
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 2 spoon olive oil
  • 150g oat yoghurt
  • 450g flower
