Fruity Red Dal Recipe
- red onions (2-3)
- garlic (3)
- ginger (20g)
- carrots (3-4)
- 300g red lentils
- 400ml coconut milk (1 can)
- 400g diced tomatoes (1 can)
- 100g baby spinach
- 2-3 apples (sour ones)
- coconut oil
- cumin
- curry powdwer
- lime juice
- salt, pepper
- Dice onions, garlic, ginger and carrots.
Slice appels into fine stripes.
Wash lentils under water
- Heat coconut oil.
Onions into pan, medium heat, add garlic, ginger, carrots, cumin and curry powder.
Pan fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add slices of apples.
After 2-3 minutes add lentils and pour 400ml water into the pot.
Add coconut milk and tomatoes.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash and add baby spinach.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper as needed.
Naan (bread)
- 150ml oat milk
- 15g yeast
- 2 tea spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 2 spoon olive oil
- 150g oat yoghurt
- 450g flower
